Morning everyone,
I hope you are all keeping safe! The weather in Norfolk hasn't been as bad as in some areas, but I know it has been horrendous in other areas.
I have got a weekend of preparing for workshops - there is a lot of scoring and cutting involved!! In the mean time, here is one of the cards I did for the TV show earlier in the month.
For this card, I concentrated on the one of the lovely Magpie stencils from the set of three
The stencils come with the inni and the outi
For this card, I held the inni in place and gently shaded round the edges. I used a stronger colour to shade the wings etc. I added the verse and shaded round the edges of the card
As a finished touch, I dotted and dashed round the edge with a fine pen
Very simple, but I quite liked it - hope you do too
Have a great weekend and stay safe!
Janet xx
Welcome to my blog and thanks for visiting! Here you will mostly find stuff about cards - making cards is what I do when I'm not doing my 'proper job'. You are welcome to use any ideas you like, I would appreciate a mention if you copy any cards on here Thank you x There will be stuff about cats (I currently have 4!) most of whom have turned up on the doorstep and moved in!! Coffee is what I will be drinking as I update the blog! I hope you enjoy your visit
Thats lovely Janet xx
